I had an amazing experience with Dirt Cheap Exterminators. They were professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. I absolutely cannot stand rodents—or any unwanted animals—in my home, so when I came home to a mouse running across my living room, I nearly had a heart attack.

I immediately contacted my townhouse management, but they told me someone wouldn’t be available until the next day. That wasn’t good enough for me. I left my home and refused to return until the issue was handled. That’s when I called Dirt Cheap Exterminators.

Doe and his team met me outside of my townhome, and I actually let them go in first because I didn’t want to see, hear, or even think about encountering that mouse again. They placed traps throughout my home and quickly pinpointed where the mouse most likely entered—through a hole underneath my sink. It turns out the neighboring unit had recently been exterminated, which likely caused the mouse to migrate. I immediately called maintenance to have the hole sealed and would not re-enter my home until that was done.

Doe guaranteed his work and even came back a second time to make sure everything was clear. Thankfully, he caught the little rascal! I had already told him I planned to move because I didn’t feel safe until the mouse was caught, and he reassured me that I had nothing to fear. He absolutely kept his word.

While I’m still moving (I just can’t live comfortably knowing a mouse had free reign in my home), I’m finally able to sleep peacefully until I relocate. And when I move into my new place, Doe and his team will be doing a PRE-TREATMENT—no question about it!

I noticed an issue on Saturday and the technician came out on Sunday morning to inspect the inside, and outside of my home. They install bait stations where they noticed possible traffic and walked me through where they thought the could be an entry point into my home. I feel so much and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Great service!

He came when they said they would be here. Tracy listen to my issues. I had a weird mite, a very very tiny bug that I couldn’t get rid of for a long time and didn’t know what it was. He/Tracy worked hard trying to find out what the bug was and where it was coming in at. Whether it was because of water through my bathrooms is what I think we figured out.
Very friendly, and explained what he was going to do inside and outside my home.
I will definitely have DirtCheap Exterminators come back every three months.
