We moved into a our home a few months ago and wanted to make sure everything was in working order. We originally asked for a level 2 inspection and cleaning, but the technician informed us that a level 1 inspection was more than sufficient. Didn't cheat us out of more than $100 difference, and I really appreciated that. He vacuumed out the fireplace and gave us a full report on the state of the fireplace and floo.

We do have standard pricing for most of our services, such as chimney inspections, chimney cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and air duct cleaning. There are many variables in the types of repairs and services we provide, contact us for an estimate to receive an exact quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provided trained office personnel that are very familiar with our services and understand the businesses that we are involved in well. They are able to answer most any question right then and there or can direct you to one of our certified technicians. Appointments can be scheduled immediately over the phone or online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Glen Simmons, the owner of Sleep Easy, is a CSIA certified professional with over 15 years of experience. We frequently go to conventions and take classes to keep up-to-date on all of the services that we provide from dryer vents and air duct cleaning to the chimney services.
