FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It isn't so much that it's complicated but every event is different so pricing is more or less custom to each one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I try to get an idea of what my client wants so I will know what they are wanting and what budget we are working with. Then we meet face to face and go over specifics. At this point a deposit is put down and the event is placed on my calendar and then I encourage my clients to contact me during the rest of their planning if they have any questions or concerns since I've been doing weddings and events for over 25 years I have experienced most any situation. Finally, a few weeks before the event we have a final sit down and go over details one last time and at that point the balance is paid and all we wait for then is the big day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by two master florist while fulfilling an apprenticeship at a highly respected floral business in Kansas City for 5 years.
