I read everything I can get my hands on.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Its a life long passion. My grandfather was a chef and restaurant owner. And we always showed up for Sunday dinner. Mom is a great cook too!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly weddings and corporate functions. We also provide healthy lunch programs for several private schools in the area.
