Introduction: I am a professional chef and baker, and I am based in Greater Kansas City, Missouri. My career began in 1989 where I worked at the Westin Crown Center in the bakery department. Since then, I've worked at the Nelson Art Gallery as a baker/cook and had the opportunity to head a bakery on 18th Vine Street. I have years of knowledge and the capacity to provide excellent customer service.
