From Outdated to Jaw‑Dropping — Stuch LLC Made It Happen I highly recommend Stuch LLC Remodeling Services! Over the past 25 years, I’ve completed numerous remodels and built two custom homes. Through those experiences—good and bad—I’ve learned what separates an average contractor from a truly exceptional one: integrity, strong ethics, attention to detail, organization, prompt communication, skilled craftsmanship, and a reliable team. Stuch LLC embodies every one of these qualities and hiring them was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a homeowner. I recently purchased a mid‑70s home that I plan to live in long‑term, and I wanted it to be everything I have ever wanted in a home but skipped doing in the past. Several companies, including well‑known companies in the area with experience in high‑end homes, came to bid the project. From the very beginning, Josue stood out. He arrived on time, listened carefully to my ideas, and asked thoughtful questions about how I planned to live in the space—what rooms mattered most, how I envisioned using each area, and what my long‑term goals were. He also pointed out issues that other contractors completely missed. For example, while others said it was fine to leave the old baseboards and install new flooring around them, he explained why that would lead to gaps over time and why replacing them with more modern, white baseboard would actually be more cost‑effective and more beautiful. He pointed out how the cabinets in my kitchen were using the space in a way that made the kitchen cramped and crowded and showed me how we could add more storage to the cabinets while also opening up the kitchen. He also noticed that the stair railing wasn’t safe for my grandson and insisted on correcting it because, in his words, “My name is on this job.” That level of integrity showed up again and again throughout the project. His bid was not only the most affordable—it was also the most detailed and covered more work. I knew exactly what work would be done and what to expect before the project even began. The results exceeded my expectations. I received tremendous value for my investment: * new flooring throughout the main level * modern trim installed with flawless precision * a meticulous paint job with zero overspray or missed areas * a bright, welcoming basement that feels like a true extension of the home * removal of outdated paneling and repair of the walls behind it * new ceilings that completely transformed the space * a stunning kitchen with new cabinets, counters, tile, and lighting What was once a dark, dated home is now bright, modern, and beautiful. I’m genuinely excited to continue with the fireplace remodel later this year. What truly sets Stuch LLC apart: A Quality, Professional Staff Josue shared with me that he pays his employees above industry average because he values skilled, reliable people. He said having people that do it right the first time is a more efficient use of his money—and it shows. His team was polite, respectful, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. I could see progress daily. Exceptional Organization If you’ve ever worked with a disorganized contractor, you know how quickly delays pile up. Stuch LLC was the opposite. Materials were ordered on time, work progressed steadily, and every day brought visible progress. Attention to Detail The prep work alone was outstanding. The trim and cabinetry are smooth as glass. The ceilings are immaculate. Tile lines are perfect. Even small issues—like a dishwasher connection that technically met code but wasn’t ideal—were corrected simply because he wanted the job done right. The railing in the living room is now not only up to code, but it is also beautiful and adds to the look of the room. Stayed on Budget — With Only Minimal, Necessary Adjustments The project stayed on budget with only a few small changes due to unforeseen issues, all of which were explained clearly and handled with complete transparency. For example, we discovered that a previous owner had removed wallpaper but left all the glue behind. Josue explained that if we didn’t scrape the walls in the hall and entry, the new paint would eventually crack. The additional cost was minimal, necessary, and absolutely worth it. A Transformation That Left My Family Speechless My family was shocked when they saw the transformation. Early in the process, Josue told me he wanted me to feel a sense of awe when I walked into the finished home — and he delivered exactly that. My home is now one that I love and is my favorite home EVER. Communication & Integrity I had many questions throughout the project, and Josue answered every one promptly. He often met me at the house to walk through details to ensure I felt confident in our decisions and understood the process. He and his wife are hardworking, ethical, and genuinely good people—the kind you want to see succeed. I am certain I would have paid more and received less had I chosen another company. I look at my home today and see all the things done that made such a tremendous difference that the other companies didn’t think to offer doing, and they charged me more in their the bids. These gentlemen did a fantastic job. Everyone in the crew was super nice and worked very hard. We had new flooring put in and a bedroom painted and it all looks fantastic!! 100% going to hire them again to finish the rest of my house!! highly recommended!!

Josue really helped me out! I had a small job that I wasn’t sure how to tackle myself. When Josue came to give me an estimate he showed me I was over complicating things. Instead of taking advantage of me, he was honest and showed me it was a job I didn’t need to pay for - and then helped me anyway! 10/10 for Josue.

Hired them to put in a subpanel and add a second washer dryer system to the basement. They also ran extra electrical outlets and 220 outlets to the garage. Everything was done well, start to finish. They were very communicative and reliable with the work and kept things clean and orderly.
