Matthew at Integrity was a joy to work with. He was super responsive on setting up an estimate, was nonjudgmental of our home, and straight forward on pricing and timeline.

They did an exceptional job installing a new gutter that was of way higher quality than before. This gutter will outlast us living here.

Pushy sales tactics. Highest bid of all 4 I got. Won’t take no for an answer.

Integrity Exteriors's reply

I am so sorry that is how this process went for you. I believe there might have just been some miscommunications and I think we believed you were going with us so what might have felt pushy was we thought that you had decided to go with us, but I think that might not have been the case so again I just want to apologize. We did not want or desire to be pushy at all. We hate doing that with our clients and I apologize and hope you have a wonderful day and end up getting great gutters.
