- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
usually I just go by the hour if you would be way cheaper for the customer that way and therefore I'm not rushed on the job and the job is well within the customer's budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I I basically introduce myself try to make the customer feel at ease. I'm really a good people person so I try very hard to get along with everyone and it's not hard for me it just comes natural I worked very smoothly with all types of people
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high-school graduate I've also completed the union carpenters apprenticeship program which is 4 years long I am registered with the Department of Labor at the Journeyman Carpenter's skilled in all areas of carpentry
