I hesitated to write this review since the work wasn't really done, but decided I must so others will be aware of possibility of abandonment. He lists his price as $30/hour, but after starting the work (moving things out of the way), he said he couldn't install the floor (all supplies and tile supplied by me) for closer to $75/hr per his "CFO". That is clearly a bait and switch situation and very unprofessional. I'm more than willing to pay a fair wage, but the price/hourly cost should be provided up front and not tripled before the real work begins. The only reason I didn't give one star is because he did move everything out of the room and didn't charge me which seems the least he could do. All in all it was very disappointing.

I was told that the room was 327 sq/ft but was unable to send any pictures of area. I gave a price estimate of $300 without seeing area. Upon actually getting eyes in the area, it was more work than anticipated. Not only was the sq/ft increased, but the flooring was also not the type of flooring I was originally led to believe. The flooring used would require more prep time in order to make sure the adhesive would stick successfully. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but no price or job is set in stone until a Service Contract has been signed. Also, since we are very much a real company, our "CFO" is, in fact, in charge of all financial decisions.
