Shilian responded to my request within 5 minutes of me posting. He showed up the very next day. He was very professional and friendly. He took about 2 hours for him to install a new (app controlled) deadbolt lock, a new front door handle and a Ring flood camera. When he left, we had an issue with the deadbolt lock so he came right back (without me even asking) and fixed it! Amazing customer service! Highly recommend this company!
