Extremely disappointing experience. The cleaner showed up 45 minutes late and then spent over 4 hours here with very little to show for it. I booked a deep clean, but ended up redoing most of the work myself while she was still in my apartment.
The bathroom was barely touched—she missed the tub, mirror, and faucets, and I had to remind her multiple times just to finish the sink. The kitchen had to be redone twice, and I ended up cleaning it myself to save time. She didn’t scrub fixtures, skipped the outdoor rug, didn’t take out the trash, and left a carpet stain untouched, saying she only came prepared for hardwood floors. Then she recommended I use a floor product myself—which kind of defeats the purpose of hiring a cleaner.
I paid extra for the fridge and saw no difference. No thoughtful details, no finishing touches, just very incomplete work. The dusting was fine and the baseboards in my dining room do look very nice, but overall, this was not worth the time or money. I won’t be booking again.
