We had our rental cleaned out by WayPro, they were flexible with date changes and answered all my questions. Upon completion of the job, I noticed several basic things that weren’t done. I specifically requested the baseboards to be cleaned and found that in some areas of my home they weren’t even touched. I also noticed that the vacuuming wasn’t done very well and two different rooms. They did send photos that looked like they mopped, and I’m sure they vacuumed before that but there needs to be some kind of evaluation after those things are done to make sure that they actually got everything cleaned and their vacuum actually achieved what it was supposed to achieve.
I had a chat with someone through the app, they just basically said that because the house was dirty it is what it is. So I paid for service and don’t feel like I got what I paid for. They are no longer replying to my messages. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but not a good way to run a business in my opinion.
