Joshua saved us much of a headache. When we started our project, we weren’t sure what was the root cause. He came and gave us an estimate and the waited until we addressed some other concerns before coming to finish the job. He gave a reasonable price for the work we needed finished and he even offered to help us move some larger items to he could ensure every crack was filled. He was punctual and came prepared.
