- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate for consultation is $55 per hour and our minimum hourly rate for designing/remodeling is $50 plus %15 of the cost of the materials. The rate may vary depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet at the site to discuss the project and what is needed to be done. The first visit will be free of charge since it is about knowing our client and the project. If the service we are providing is only consulting, the client will be charged hourly for the first and only visit. Then we provide a detailed contract stating the services provided by Superior Interiors. Depending on the project, we start by creating couple design options/solutions, providing plans or drawings if required, selecting material and finishes, and installation. We encourage our customer/client to be involved in every step of the process to accomplish a better result. We understand that this is your project and we are only here to help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor Degree in Interior Design- Trained in Carpentry- Up to 8 years of experience remodeling residential and commercial spaces- Up to 3 years of experience working with different architects
