- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by volume and weight. We don’t have a starting rate as it depends on weight and distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have multiple way to go about receiving estimate. We can speak on the phone for a rough estimate, but to receive a final estimate I could either visit the location where the junk need to be removed from. We also offer the option to send a photo/photos of the junk you need removed and receive a final estimate that way also.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with a family junk removal company for 5+ years. I have since ran my own junk removal company.
