What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I enjoy what I do, and want to see my customers happy! My hopes are not for a one time job, but long lasting relationships!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set a time to meet. Meet with the customer to get to know them a little bit. Assess what work they are wanting done, and how we can help. Provide an estimate and schedule a time frame to complete the task. Once work is completed and custom is satisfied we invoice. Invoice is due immediately!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I am high school graduate with vocational school training.10 years of experience in a profession is equivalent to a master's degree, and I've been in this profession for almost 20 years now!
