Contacted day 1, job was done on day 2. This was for gutter cleaning. I was moving into a brand new house and did not know the state of the gutters. I actually ended up paying LESS than quoted because he contacted me to let me know that two sides of the house were totally clean. You cannot beat that honesty, I was totally up front with him about not knowing much about the property and he did NOT have to update the price like that. Will definitely use Platinum Elite LLC again.

Hard working Transparent No BS Kyle is awesome to work with. This was my first time hiring for gutter cleaning and I am more than happy with my choice to go with Kyle . Was clear on what would happen when. No gimmicks. Came as discussed did his work, helped me understand what else could be done.

Awesome job! He was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I needed a few bushes cut down and he got the work done quickly. I'm very happy with the results. Will definitely be hiring again for other landscape projects.

Kyle did a great job and even mowed my front yard when I originally only asked for the back but later needed the front too. We did get delayed by another yard being larger than originally estimated from Thumbtack but Kyle kept us up-to-date and tried to work with our schedule for the next day.
