Can't thank this technician enough. We were out of power and temperature was hovering around like 5° but he came out in the middle of the night and saved our butts by getting our Onan generator up and running. We probably would have froze to death if he didn't show up!

I had a very disappointing experience with this contractor. We hired him to work on my mother's riding lawn mower after he said his initial fee was reasonable. At the end of his visit, he charged my mother $60 for belts. After she paid in advance for a primary and transmission belt replacement, he has completely ghosted us, refusing to answer or return my calls. Additionally, he charged around $200 for an oil change and minor adjustments, which seems exorbitant. Lawmmower is left in a state of disrepair. His lack of communication and failure to follow through make him unreliable and untrustworthy. I would not recommend their services.

This man, Neil, lied, played with us for 2 weeks, and did not get the job done! He came to look at my dad’s electric lawn mower, took it apart, supposedly ordered the part it needed in order to run, promised to come back the following week to install the part, and never came back. We called multiple times, he didn’t reply. When I called him from a different number he answered the phone and promised he was waiting for the part and will come install it today. Never called, never scheduled a time with my dad, and didn’t answer any of his calls or messages. When my husband called him again today from a different number he lied again, gave multiple excuses, and promised to come get it fixed. So he took the $90 my dad paid him for the parts, left my dad’s mower all taken apart right at the start of the season, and never came back to finish the job. This is not the clear communication he promises on his page. If you can’t fix it just say so. But he went out of his way to lie and take advantage of an elderly couple. Shame! This should be the last $90 you ever made!

I appreciate your feedback, but I want to clarify what actually happened. When I first inspected the mower, I diagnosed the issue, took the necessary steps to order the part, and informed you of the expected process. As with any repair, shipping times can vary and are beyond my control. Despite this, I was repeatedly contacted from different numbers, making it difficult to maintain clear communication.
I understand that waiting for a repair can be frustrating, but patience and respect go both ways. On our last call, I was called a “f***ing idiot,” which is completely unacceptable. I am always willing to work with customers, but I will not tolerate that kind of treatment.
If you still want the mower fixed, I am happy to complete the repair as soon as possible. If not, I hope you find a resolution that works for you.
