What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates for mold remediation. Testing and inspections are $50 each
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to stop by your home or business and walk through each room. This helps to identify if there are any problems i.e. visible mold, water leaks, cracks etc. If there are no issues found then we generally recommend taking air samples to confirm that the mold counts aren't elevated. We usually recommend one sample per 1,000 SQ ft or per level of your home or business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has gone through the Micro, NORMI and NIDFT training.
