- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies with each unique move. We will be happy to give you an accurate quote before you have to agree to anything. Other than the stated add on fees there are no extra fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process when working with a new customer is gaining basic information about move locations. We discuss the amount of items to be moved and use that information to determine what size truck to use and how many movers to use. We also discuss in detail, any questions, concerns or special request as the comfort and ease of our customers is top priority.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While in college we worked for a local moving company. We really liked what we did and understood we have great customer satisfaction so we decided to start our own company. While in business we have many satisfied customers, met many interesting people, and we cant be more happier about our decision.
