- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two Coaching Products. You can work with me for 12 weeks for $1497 or work with me monthly for $597 per month. By combining personalized fitness programs, behavioral coaching, and supportive accountability, Gerald's one-on-one coaching delivers a truly transformative experience that helps you achieve—and maintain—your weight loss goals. Personalized Coaching You receive fully customized fitness and nutrition plans tailored to your unique goals, challenges, and lifestyle. I interview clients to understand their specific needs and craft a comprehensive strategy that focuses on long-term weight loss and sustainable results. Tailored Nutrition Plans I create personalized nutrition plans based on your preferences, goals, and dietary needs. These plans go beyond calorie counting—they focus on creating a healthy relationship with food and ensuring that your diet is sustainable, enjoyable, and aligned with your long-term health goals. Continuous Progress Monitoring Through regular assessments and progress tracking, Gerald ensures that your plan evolves as you do. He continually fine-tunes your plan to match your progress, ensuring you stay motivated, and moving toward your goals. Comprehensive Support at Every Step With Gerald, you’ll never feel alone on your journey. His one-on-one coaching includes 24/7 access to support, so whenever you need guidance or reassurance, he’s there. Whether you’re struggling with a particular aspect of the plan or celebrating a victory, Gerald provides the encouragement and expertise to keep you moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is simple! I offer a free consultation to better understand your goals and specific requirements. After the consultation, we schedule an intake interview. During the intake interview, Gerald will conduct a thorough assessment of your current health, past fitness and nutrition history, and discuss your specific goals. Based on this information, he will craft a personalized plan tailored to help you achieve those goals. After you receive the plan, Gerald will meet with you again to answer any questions and ensure you're both aligned and ready to move forward with the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to holding accreditations from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a certified trainer and nutrition coach, Gerald has been working with clients since 2009. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of individuals with varying levels of fitness and different health conditions. This extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of what truly works for sustainable weight loss and fitness—from both a scientific and behavioral perspective. Gerald’s approach combines evidence-based strategies with practical insights to create a comprehensive, results-driven program tailored to each client’s needs.
