Pure Practice is just $59/month for an individual membership, with the option to save even more by signing up with a partner for $99/month total. Your partner can be anyone—friend, family member, coworker—and gives you built-in accountability right from the start. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is simple! To join, choose either the individual or partner membership, and you’ll be guided to create your profile. From there, you’ll begin the onboarding process, which includes short instructional videos on mindset, how to calculate your calories and macros, and how to use your meal plan template. You’ll also receive our Meal Plan Guide, a step-by-step resource that helps you build a personalized plan aligned with your goals and lifestyle. Once you're set up, you'll be invited to join our live coaching sessions, available 5 days a week, where you’ll get real-time support, accountability, and answers to your questions. Whether you’re new or returning to your routine, Pure Practice is designed to help you take action, stay consistent, and finally make sustainable progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to holding accreditations from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a certified trainer and nutrition coach, Gerald has been working with clients since 2009. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of individuals with varying levels of fitness and different health conditions. This extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of what truly works for sustainable weight loss and fitness—from both a scientific and behavioral perspective. Gerald’s approach combines evidence-based strategies with practical insights to create a comprehensive, results-driven program tailored to each client’s needs.
