FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for sessions is per hour and there is no contractual obligation to doing personal training sessions. Payment is due at time of service. Card must be on file. I do offer a group training program MWF 730am and 430pm under a contract for $110 a month. Sessions are billed at time of service. Must put card on file to be a ASC client. To cancel scheduled session notice must be given 24 hours in advance and session if to be rescheduled must be rescheduled by that Saturday at 11 outside of previously scheduled sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a health and wellness consultation. During this informal conversation, we discuss health and fitness goals. Once payment and terms are agreed upon show up at 114 W Gregory in Waldo and we can get started. Starting out we will do some movement screens, just see what you are good at, what you are bad at, what you want to work on, what you need to work, on and then we start working on them all weekly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Initially, I went to school and graduated from the University of Kansas with a BA Architecture Studies. After a while, I decided to switch gears and pursue a career in the fitness world. From there, I have certifications both as an NSCA Certified Stength & Conditioning Specialist, as well as an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer.
