Joe helped fix both my roof and my aunt’s, and the experience was great all around. He was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and showed up when he said he would. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell anything. He walked me through a few areas to keep an eye on but was honest that they didn’t need fixing right now. Super chill, flexible, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend him.

Earlier this summer I noticed that the cupola on my 70 year old house was falling apart. My first thought was what kind of company would do the cupola repair on my very steep roof. I contacted two roofing companies for an estimate. Both companies came to do the estimate, but only one was interested in doing the repair. Joe Becker of KCX Roofing and Exteriors took the time to climb on my roof and examine the cupola. He told me that he could do the repair and asked me if I was aware that there was a lot of hail damage on my roof. Joe helped me with an insurance claim and was at my home when the insurance adjuster was assessing the damage. He clearly explained the insurance process and the actual work/materials that would be used. Each time that we had a contact Joe always asked if I had any questions or concerns. The crew completed the roof in one and a half days and Joe actually did the carpentry and painting of the cupola. I could not be happier with the results–it really updated the look of my home. Everything was problem free from start to finish of the project. I would highly recommend KCX Roofing and Exteriors

Joseph with KCX has been such a lifesaver! I was in need of a roofer when my bathroom ceiling kept leaking, from heavy downpours, and started to present issues with moisture. Joe took his time to identify all possible issues with the structure and when our first plan didn’t work, he came out promptly to correct it and provide some relief. He not only repaired that section of the roof, he was able to also install a solar fan to help alleviate my HOT house. Before the installation, in 90+ degree weather, my house would stay in the mid 80s making it hard to cook or even be in living room. Now my house stays at a comfortable 72 degrees and it’s finally livable! Thank you thank you thank you!
