Came out to look at our roof for an estimate or a bid and then refused to give us a bid. They then insisted that we give them the contact information for our insurance and policy number so they could talk to them directly basically trying to circumvent us and force us to use them by coming to an agreement with insurance. They also took pictures of our house and the damages and refused to send them with the quote they also refused. To us, it seems like they are trying to get the max payout from insurance while keeping you out of the loopZ
