Craig was excellent to deal with. His workmanship was top notch and was also just an overall pleasure to work with. He installed multiple WISP connection points and grounded cat5 runs in 4 separate buildings. I would highly recommend SOHO solutions for any data cabling and installation needs.

SOHO Solutions(Craig) has more than met my expectations and needs for two projects I gave him (my home and my business). He was pretty reasonably priced (wasn't the cheapest...certainly not the most expensive) for the tech he put in for me. There are a lot of cheap options out there for cameras, but Craig talked me through what would be best for my needs and I learned a little bit in the process. Craigs install work was neat and tidy (no bare wires strung around like the previous guy). I would highly recommend him for any job you have.

I am the owner of Raytown Plaza laundromat and I have been using the services of Craig Thomas of SOHO Solutions for the past 2 years. Shortly after I purchased the laundromat I decided to increase our business hours, and to do this, I needed to reprogram the automatic lock on our front door. I contacted the lock manufacturer and although they were not able to help, they recommended Craig as someone who could help me adjust the settings. Due to the installers forgetting the original password, it turned out to be a very complicated task and I know Craig spent a lot of time researching that problem, often when it seemed like a solution was not possible. Finally, Craig was able to solve to password issue and adjust the settings of the automatic lock. Craig did such an outstanding job solving an impossible task, that I have used him for other "IT" issues at the laundromat, including security cameras, NVR's, wifi issues, etc. Whenever I have had an issue with any of those items Craig is always very quick to respond and fix those problems in a professional, courteous manner. I consider him my "in house" technical support! I highly recommend Craig!!
