I had my drive and sidewalks cleared of snow after the recent 10 inch snow. I am super happy with response and service. Very thorough and careful with the plow to not damage any surrounding surfaces. As busy as this time probably is with snow removal, they took time to get my job done and promptly. Thank you

Well, after a bad start yesterday, Jason came out this morning and did a great job. He followed up on my post, came out and really made me feel much better. I have absolute confidence he'll do a great job with my pool this summer. Perhaps this was my fault; once requested on Thumbtack and accepted I should have reached out and talked, by email or telephone, to a real person. However I did not; I trusted that a confirmed answer was all that was needed. So simple. Except when no one shows up. So was I the only one who knew about this appointment?
