- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies by the event. As part of our quoting process we take in to consideration the number of guests, location of the event and start and end time of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather the necessary data to provide a quote. If it is a very large scale event, we may need to conduct an on-site visit. Once the customer approves the quote then we book the event and the customer pays the deposit. It's really that simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
