Water in the basement and I needed help finding the leak and also treating behind a finished wall. They called within minutes of me contacting and gave me a decent quote but was also up front and honest that they wouldnโt be able to fix the leak itself once found.
We parted ways as I tried to find a foundation service that would help with a solution but after 6 different contractors who were basically acting like salesmen trying to sell me ridiculous 16k+ solutions, I called these guys back to at least rip out the wall, do the cleaning, and figure out where the leak was. Turned out it was a cracked window egress and not my foundation needing fixed like all the others were claiming without actually finding the problem.
Basically long winded way of saying these are honest guys who will be up front with you and also will get you a quote that is reasonable and get the work done. When I called them back they were out there later that day and were done in less than 2 hours and probably saved me a ton of money of not falling for others sales tactics.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very fair prices and work with our clients so that they can obtain the services they need to keep their home safe and healthy. On many projects, we can often help the client get insurance coverage, significantly reducing the out-of-pocket expense for our client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is quite simple, we do a complete on-site inspection, with a full report of what was found. We then go over all of this information with you, and go over the different options that will best work for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs are water damage and mold, fire and smoke damage trained experts that have years of training handling these types of situations. We also have extensive training and knowledge working in attics and crawlspaces.
