- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• Pricing will vary depending on the scope of work. • We will never perform any services before having an agreed upon price with the client. • To find out how to get an estimate please check out our process below. • You may also download a copy of our idea book/pricing guide on the homepage of our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• The first step of our process is to send a few pictures of your yard or your existing water feature. • Next let's have a phone conversation to discuss your ideas and what you're envisioning. It may be something simple like having your pond cleaned, or it may be an elaborate water garden design with large boulders, lily pads, koi fish and underwater night lighting! • Next let's talk about the money. Sometimes it's an exact dollar amount and sometimes it can be a ballpark range of pricing. Often times we can customize a design or feature that's based around your budget. • Finally, you decide if it makes sense to schedule a consultation or to perform services based on our conversation. We hope to be a great match, but we also understand if you feel we're not a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
• We have multiple team members with over 10 years of experience building and maintaining water features. • We're also a Master Certified Aquascape Contractor.
