Shawn arrived on time and ran the snake through the family room floor drain line out a least 100 feet but found no significant blockage. He then ran it up through the vertical drain to the kitchen sink and at the top, hit the blockage releasing maybe a quart of black tar like residue with lots of food/garbage particles. He solved the problem and did his best to clean up the mess. No complainants. I didn't take any pictures, and you probably wouldn't want to see it anyway.

I had a great experience with this plumbing company. They were extremely transparent from start to finish, clearly explaining the issue, the repair options, and the costs upfront with no surprises.
