FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe our pricing is very difficult to understand for our decks we charge by the square foot and by the linear foot on our fence installations. We also have very reasonable pricing. For our remodeling side of the company, everything is pretty basic on pricing. We personally break everything down individually so you know exactly what you're paying for and if we give you a ste price that's exactly where it will stay unless the customer wants something added then we will do a change order explaining exactly what we might be changing and exactly how much it's going to cost. We will never surprise you with any hidden cost, we believe in being fair and taking care of our customers as best as we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is we like to meet with our customers at the project and do a complete walk through of the job and take very extensive notes. We also like to discuss what the customer likes and prefers, we don't try and persuade the customer into doing something they won't like in order take make it easier on us. We like the challenge of impressing our customers, we're not afraid to think out side the box and give our customers exactly what they want.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out right after high school working with my uncle and I just fell in love with the trade. I'm really good with my hands and I can think things through and work out problems on projects to get great results and the finish product always turns out spectacular so I made an early decision that this was the trade I would stick with as my career and I couldn't be happier and I've surrounded myself and my company with the most knowledgeable and skilled people I could find. I believe in taking care of my worker's as well as I do my customers and I've found by doing this I get the most out of my guy's and everyone likes showing up to work everday and giving everything they can to get the job done and done right.
