FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Special: Current Fall Cleanup $5 Off exp./11/30/2023. I also run a referral program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To meet the Client and their Very Important Pet. Discuss in person the details as far as goals desire budget and schedule. Each of these details are important as to the best interest of the pet. As well as specific as an animals hair texture, to each Individual Pet and Client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was born into the trade. At nine years old, I started selling my mother Pom Poms that I made for 2 cents each. Graduating to Bathing Dogs, and Shaving Poodle Feet for her. I have owned many Mobile Grooming and Grooming Shops. I have also worked for my mother, and many other shop owners. Including Grooming for Veternarian Hospitals. Pets that get kicked out of Grooming salons get groomed at the Veternarians. It is typical that these pets are sedated for Grooming. I quickly learned that if I took off my professional hat/mask, and spent 5 minutes with the pets, reassuring them, on a one on one level. That 80% did not need the sedation. That # was huge! Immidiatly I wonderd - What if I used their home as a tool. Where they expeireance positive behaviors mixed with my confidence? Before I knew it I had a 100% turn around rate. What a beautiful Gratifying Job I have to rescue an animal from its own fears, AND the owner gets to witness it too! I am blessed!
