What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Air-only reservations include a $19.95 service fee. All other requests receive travel planning services free of charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new client should expect that I will ask a lot of questions... this is to help me best understand what you are looking for and what type of travel will be the best fit. My process includes a free consultation, research into travel options that might fit your specific needs, creating customized quote(s) for your review, discussion about travel protection, managing bookings on your behalf and more!
