They initially quoted me to redo part of my stairs but when they showed for work they suggested a different solution if I wanted. I went with that. They took great care finishing the job. Came back for finishing touch and adjusted the quote as i went with the new solution which was cheaper than the original plan. I highly recommend them.

Jared and the KC Decks crew did a fantastic job from the moment we contacted them to finish! Reasonable price, very responsive, creative solutions, professional, very respectful, solid quality craftsmanship! In only one afternoon, they tore down a monstrosity of a huge covered deck incl saving a nest of baby squirrels, and created a beautiful new open deck w/a clever awning & 2 layers of stairs in only a couple days! Hard workers & smart! Best people I’ve ever dealt with!

These guys were great to work with, they communicated every step in the process very well. They came when they said they would and finished on time. Their price was fair. They checked with us several times throughout the build to make sure we were happy with the deck.

KC Deck Services were, awesome. This was a big project for us. Jared (and crew), we're there every step of the way. The communication is the best I've ever had with any contractor and they let me know their timeline and instantly let me know of any surprises along the way. (Wood rot). We also had the front steps done to match the back deck and once old one was torn down they found some damage to the wall (caused by the old stairs); we had to stop for a time until my wall got fixed but as soon as the stucco on the wall was repaired, KC Deck Services were back out to finish the job. I would highly recommend KC Deck Services and am hoping Jared and crew can come back and install a patio for us.

The deck looks great. Very, very pleased with the finished result and the fact that these guys pulled it off on such a reasonable budget. Jared and the crew even went the extra mile, and installed a support beam for added stability. Good communication throughout the whole process. Most of all, the biggest upside was the look of the deck. Cedar toned PTP with a cedar privacy fence and horizontal stainless railing. Has really added value to my house.
