- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give up front pricing. We currently give discounts on Labor Day, Independence Day and to Veterans on Veterans Day. We also offer financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving the customers phone call, we schedule an appointment (a good time for the customer) then we will assess the problem and proceed to solve whatever electrical issue our client is having.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians will always be trained with the latest electrical codes and standards.
