- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For weddings, I require a 20% retainer to hold the date. I will occasionally host mini-sessions for portraits that cost less than my regular fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients and find out what they are looking for in a photographer. We usually start with texting/emailing. But I do enjoy meeting for coffee for wedding clients to get a better sense of what their day will be like and if we will make a good match.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's in business management. I took quite a few college photography courses and have participated in multiple workshops to improve my photography skills.
