Prentice Byrd did an outstanding job on my drywall repair, and Neal Wilson personally came out to inspect the work to ensure everything was completed correctlyand quote out a future project. I am so happy I got connected with KC Home Shield, because their professionalism and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. KC Home Shield was outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. From the initial inspection to the final walk-through, everything was handled with care and attention to detail.What really stood out was their expertise and honesty. They took the time to explain everything, worked directly with my insurance company, and made sure we got exactly what we needed. The crew was respectful of our property and kept the job site clean every day.Our new roof and siding look incredible weve already had neighbors stop to ask who did the work.
