We had Matt out to help with water coming into a bedroom due to roof issues. He was upfront and did not try and upsell us on anything, which I really appreciated. We had pretty significant hail damage and he was able to help us through filing a claim and will install our new roof next Spring (due to the shingles being in backorder). He was always very communicative and helpful, and we are excited for our new roof.

I cant say enough about this company. The owner, Matt, was exceptional. Not only did we need a roof asap but we were also going through some very hard times both with health and personal life. Matt was so very kind and patient with us and really showed empathy for what we were going through. Him, as well as his team, were very prompt and professional in getting the job done and our new roof is beautiful! We were also being harassed by a scammy roofer during all of this and Matt took time out to reassure us and explain the law to us. I would definitely recommend this company 10/10!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have financing options, we accept credit cards, we do have a cash discount and we can always work with your insurance company so that you don't have to worry about the expense of disasters.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always take as much time as needed to make sure I fully understand exactly what it's going to take to make every person involved happy. then I switch gears and focus on what I need to do to make sure the insurance company is happy so that everybody gets paid out. I take every necessary step to protect and repair the home and thoroughly document the entire process from beginning to end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
well I've been in construction like I said over 22 years now. Additionally I am led certified, OSHA 10 certified, OSHA 30 certified, HAAG certified roof inspector, Missouri mold abatement certified, Lomanco ventilation certified, Owens Corning top of the house trained and trained and licensed previously as an insurance adjuster in the state of Texas.
