Brian did a very thorough assessment of the wiring issue I had. He explained his troubleshooting process in great detail, which I understood. I unfortunately had a very out of date and out of code breaker panel which he said would need to be replaced first before he could continue checking on the other outlets I had issues with. He quoted me for the new panel, an in house surge protector and new smoke detectors which were very much outdated as well. Considering I had not been able to do any major maintenance to my house in 20 years, this was probably a life saver. I agreed to the upgrades and he was able to schedule me within 4 days time. I was included in the processes and he and his assistant double checked the entire house for breaker labeling before cleaning up. They were even able to solve the original issue much quicker than I thought it would take. I will definitely use Safety First Electric for any future projects.

I offer military and senior citizens discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I will do is evaluate why you called me out there. After that I will do an electrical safety check. This helps me understand how their house is wired. During that check if anything thing needs to be brought to there attention I will discuss the issues with them. After that I will make options that best suites their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have went thru an accredited 5 year apprenticeship. Tested both journeyman and master license, with 25 years of experience.
