I had a few issues that had come up during a home inspection. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and the electrical issues were fixed within an hour. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer military and senior citizens discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I will do is evaluate why you called me out there. After that I will do an electrical safety check. This helps me understand how their house is wired. During that check if anything thing needs to be brought to there attention I will discuss the issues with them. After that I will make options that best suites their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have went thru an accredited 5 year apprenticeship. Tested both journeyman and master license, with 25 years of experience.
