Immediate response, excellent work!!! After KCPL installed a smart meter on my house, some lights were blinking and the doorbell had static noise. KCPL came out to check and said they had connected two wires, but one was loose, which they then fixed. Same problems happened 30 minutes later. Called them again, they said problem was in homeowner's wire from meter socket to house, and I needed an electrician! IWIRE responded immediately, Dave was at my house 30 min. later. He had to troubleshoot the problem: he discovered smoke in the panel in the basement!! Dave replaced the meter socket, after coordinating his work with KCPL and city inspector. Dave was rational and thorough, and worked patiently with the utility company. I would definitely call Dave again for any electrical issue!!!
