- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering a complimentary set of birth announcements or holiday cards for customers who book through Thumbtack! (Newborn customers must include family portraits to take advantage of this offer, as I’m trying to round out my portfolio 💛)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a phone call where we get to know one another and I learn exactly what you are hoping to achieve with your newborn’s photos. You will have a chance to ask all of your burning questions, and express your likes and dislikes. We’ll plan your session and schedule it for the week or two after baby is born, then schedule your reveal and ordering appointment for a week after that. At your reveal appointment, you’ll have a chance to choose your the digital and physical prints included in your package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am also a registered nurse and formerly worked in a postpartum setting. You can trust that your newborn is in safe hands at a shoot with me! Plus, I have all of the tips and tricks to share with you on how to soothe and comfort your newborn - I’ve had clients call me the “baby whisperer.” ☺️
