Jeremy's service was very helpful, cost effective and he even came back to finish the job after we had to order a part that was under limited warranty. He helped repair a refrigerator line, faucet and toilet and would highly recommend.
Excellent sidewalk repair and installation. Arrived on time, provided quality work, communicated well, and were very professional. We hired them again for window repairs and glass replacement, which was done with similar quality, professionalism, and value. We highly recommend them and will hire them again.
We were very pleased with the repair of our sliding doors Just like new..
I had WJR come out to repair gutters in my house! They were great! They gave me details on materials needed and purchased them and promptly and accurately completed the job! I'd definitely use them again! Thanks Willie!
Don the owner was a very gracious and kind man, I appreciated his honesty more than the excellent work he did! He gave a quote and stuck to his quote for my roof and ice cradle repairs. It took one day and he cleaned up behind himself as well. I wish I had discovered him before I had other work done , but I most def will use him in the future if ever needed!
I worked with Joey Hill to rework my air handler in my attic and to rerun all duct work in my attic to my upstairs rooms. Joey quoted the job (less than others that quoted the same job) and did fantastic work. All rooms now cool evenly and are much quieter. Very happy with the work they did and will recommend them to anyone that asks. My new "got-to AC guys".
Shane did an excellent job from start to finish! Reliable, friendly, and honest as they come! He installed our new windows and was very knowledgeable so he was able to explain all the differences between the types of windows to help us make an informed decision! His prices were SO much better than 2 other quotes...very happy we were referred to use him! Our friends used him before and also highly recommended him to us. He also did a few handyman repairs in our basement and will be coming back in a couple months to remodel the basement! He even gave some ideas on design plans already...very helpful! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Someone tried to steal my air conditioner. They clipped one of the copper lines but did not take the unit. James showed up promptly, on a Saturday evening no less, and fixed the problem. I highly recommend his services.
We have had Chris do work for us many times over the past several years. From totally rehabbing investment properties to the small "honey- do" list of repairs. He is honest, hardworking and very creative with ideas. We would recommend him for your home repair/rehab needs! Alex and Debbie Clark
These guys were great! They installed a Lennox air conditioner last week and I can't imagine a more knowledgeable, hard-working, and professional team. I was particularly impressed by the extra work they did devising and implementing a plan to get around the less-than-ideal back yard situation. Everyone else we were considering was just going to plop the condenser in the middle of a narrow walkway. I can't think of anything they could've possibly done better!
Michael and his wife Eva are very nice people very friendly. They do very good work and are capable of doing anything I’v needed from drywall, cabinets, faucets inside to fences or porch repair outside. I haven’t had any complaints
Eric took care of my water heater concerns, he checked for gas leaks - we found the hot water heater ventilation was installed incorrectly to begin with. He gave me a quote and said he would be able to fix it to make it right. He also inspected my A/C unit and furnace - I signed up for the yearly (2 visits) maintenance program. I felt very confident in his abilities and knowledge. He also used to instruct at JCCC! I found him highly knowledgeable and technical and was willing to show me/tell me/teach me so I know better about my home.
Jim was excellent in all facets! Skilled, knowledgable, and friendly all at a fair cost. I trusted Jim to come by while nobody was home and fixed a window that could have easily been a two day job in one! He also fixed a minor issue on another window for no additional charge. Thanks again Jim!
I am extremely impressed with Holderman Construction. I recently hired this company for a project that involved several components, both indoor and exterior components, and I was completely satisifed with the results of every single component. I’ll go into the details in a minute, but among the highlights of working with this company were the excellent communication and feedback, the punctuality, great professionalism, and above all, the incredible attention to detail and high work quality, along with an excellent value - these guys put a lot of labor into my project at more than a fair price. And they were extremely easy to work with. My project lasted 4 days and they were great to interact with every single day, and did quality work every day. They were polite, friendly, and clean. They even removed their shoes, and did an outstanding job with post-project cleanup. The main interior project was bathroom remodeling of cabinets. We had attempted previously to have someone use color stain to re-stain our cabinets and trim, and we just never liked the results. So this project was starting to add up in cost, with a readily we didn’t really like. Ray (the primary/owner) and Aaron (one of his main partners) did an absolutely outstanding job on the bathroom cabinets. They fully sanded all the drawers and doors down so that the previous and original stains/polyurethane were completely removed before applying the color stain again. That was a critical component, because in the end, the color stain ended up looking terrific - even better than I’d hoped it would look. My expectation of how they should look when completed came from the swatches of the particular color I selected (rustic grey) for the color stain I’d purchased. We realized that the previous application of that same stain, we weren’t really seeing the wood come through the stain, but instead the previous (original) stain, becuase it hadn’t been fully removed. In the end, the cabinets and trim looked BETTER than that expectation! Ray and Aaron really hit it out of the park on this one. And when they were done with the sanding and staining, they cleaned up really well from the dust and there was very little lingering chemical smell from the stain. Awesome! I also had them fix some lingering plumbing problems that had frustrated me because a previous contractor was not able to resolve them. Not Holderman Construction - fixed them both for good. The remaining components of my project were wood rot repair and storm door installation. I really loved what they did with both of these tasks. Seems straightforward but there is the materials aspect - which product, wood or vinyl, etc. There was an odd complexity to the back door wood rot that introduced a potential obstacle but Ray and Aaron were able to find a solution and overcome it by finding the right type of wood at the right thickness (original builder apparently chose an unorthodox door and window frame thickness for SOME but not all of my windows and doors). They repaired the wood rot and painted over it and it looks great and is of course no longer rotted. But the real bonus for me was that in the process, Ray managed to correct an incredibly vexing problem with the main back door in front of the storm door - it was not level, and leaking a TON, and I mean a TON of air through the bottom and the sides. I didn’t go into the storm door installation with any expectation of improving the air flow issue for that door, but that’s what I ended up with. An almost complete remediation of that problem. I am absolutely thrilled with the back door now. It closes properly, it’s level, and virtually no air coming in! That’s only been bothering us for 15 years now. On top of that, several other contractors tried, but ultimately failed, to resolve that issue with the door. And come to think of it, at least one if not two previous contractors told me they’d fixed wood rot issues that they really did not fix. Well, they’re fixed now, becuase Holderman Construction fixed them CORRECTLY. Ray is highly attentive to detail, does quality work, at a more than fair price. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. And I can say the same for Aaron, his partner. I really enjoyed working with them, and not only would I hire Holderman Construction again, but I’m sure right now that I WILL hire them again for other projects I have waiting. I highly recommend them.
Trebor has done many jobs with me over the last few years. He has done small jobs such as installing ceiling fans and light fixtures and sheet rock repair. He has also done interior painting and also he remodeled a basement for me. He is courteous, honest, very knowledgeable and trust worthy. I highly reccomend him.
Quick Service fixed our air conditioner urgently after a horrible experience with a home warranty company! They accomplish the job in a day and our air conditioner has never worked so great! A very professional company, great prices, and amazing office staff! Would highly recommend Quick Service to anyone!

Our air conditioner wasn't cooling this summer and we called Chris and she came right over and found the problem, explained what she found and then she fixed it. We were so pleased that we gave Chris's name to a friend that needed her system serviced. When Chris was completed, our friend called and thanked us.
