- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like every industry, there's a spectrum of skill sets out there... in ours, there's handymen on one end... guys/girls who are typically only responsible for bringing home a check for themselves... probably don't carry all the proper insurances... do great work but aren't a "company" who has overhead... and on the other end there are the really high end remodeling companies who ... well lets say their prices are through the roof! We, STL Design and Build aren't on either end of either of those scenarios. We are a full blown professional company, who has an office in Maryland Heights, we carry all the proper insurances. We take really good care of our staff... that's why they stay with us! So, we're somewhere in between those. Let's talk and meet and explore possibilities with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to the home to get a better idea of the scope of work as well as take measurements. We then show sample materials and go over different options before leaving a free estimate. If the price is right and we are chosen to serve you, our production team will have a steady line of communication throughout the process of your project being completed.
