I got a new Daiken system HVAC system and new hot water heater installed by Swiss Air in January of 2024. I've been extremely impressed by not only the initial install team but also the services technicians that come by to do the bi-annual tune ups. Rob Massey came by today to check in on my AC unit and I was really floored by the additional time he took to walk me through different tips/tricks to keep myself running at peak performance! I feel as though in many industries I do not get that level of service these days and it was really nice to get that from Rob and Swiss Air! I am definitely recommending Swiss Air and Daiken units in general to all of my friends and family!
