- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most often, we have sessions with couples and/or families. Families are fun because there are so many personalities to capture. We'll start out with full group shots, to get everyone used to the idea of being in front of the camera without singling anyone out to make them have that awkward "Oh, man, why do I have to go first?" moment. We'll have a little bit of conversation, and then we'll break into smaller groups and individuals to provide the best variety while keeping in the theme of making certain we capture who YOU are. Couples? Oooh, they're lots of fun, too. Our goal with couples is to show the relationship they share. Whether it be a couple that is dating, newly engaged, or have been married for forty years - they will share a dynamic that is unlike anyone else's. We'll capture that love, those quirks, and that individuality.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework! You don't want to hire a photographer without the experience to provide you with a service that will draw out your or your children's personalities. You also do not want to hire a photographer that cannot guarantee the quality of not only their images, but also the prints you'll receive after your session. Most importantly, you want to hire someone that you click with - so you can have FUN during your session! If you are relaxed in front of the camera lens, it shows. You'll have fun with an experienced photographer and assistant that are completely dedicated to the time spent with you.. and then, you'll be thrilled with the images and prints.
