Brian cut down the bottom of three doors (interior and exterior) for me to correctly fit into the door frames after a new carpet install. Brian was quick to respond to my Thumbtack request and provided a very reasonable bid. He provided the service on short notice and completed the job efficiently. Brian was very professional and left the property as it was when he arrived. I hope to use Brian on several other future home projects.

Tom Daley has done a thorough and professional job while helping me maintain my Wildwood rental property from out of state. He has removed an entire tree and landscaped the area, cleaned gutters, tackled a mystery plumbing leak (which he inexpensively fixed with caulk and a dab of paint), repaired some exterior trim boards, and more -- all without exorbitant "trip charges," material markups, or doing a crap job because he know's I'm out of state and will never see it. We hired Chris to work on a rental property for us. It started out as a deck project but we ended up adding other projects because of the need for the property to pass inspection. He not only helped us get the deck we wanted but also built a retaining wall and fixed our fence as well! Our municipality isn't the easiest to work with but Chris was very patient with inspectors and very flexible with us as we continued to add projects to his plate. It is great to know one person that can work on all kinds of projects and not have to call a bunch of different people for every little thing. We will definitely call Chris for any future fix-it or remodeling needs we have!!
KDB Home Improvements did a fantastic job with the framing project for a 115 year old 4-family unit. KDB is a problem solver. He ran into several challenges dealing with an old property such as rotted floor boards & joists, uneven walls and uneven floors. For every challenge that popped up, KDB used it as an opportunity to showcase superior carpentry skills. The crew always showed up on time, with their gear and were all very professional. They were fairly quiet on the job site. They just show up and work. I never had to wonder if they were going to be on time. They had full access to the property and I trusted them completely. There are several more projects that I have scheduled and KDB will get the first opportunity to bid on them. I would use them again without hesitation and would highly recommend them for any home improvement projects whether you are planning a complete gut rehab like my project or a kitchen or bath renovation.

There was a ton of work to be done for a hail damage insurance claim that affected 30+ homes. All new roofs, with a lot of siding, gutter, fascia repairs. Even garage door and garage door trim repairs were needed. Everything looks great and there were even things that were exposed as not being related to hail damage that they either repaired at no additional charge, or worked with the home owners and association to get those issues fixed instead of just covering them up again. Residents in the subdivision have even hired them for additional remodels and additions based on the work they did on the hail claim. We have also hired them to repair the pool house, which also had hail damage. Much better than working with one of the big name roofing companies
