With every install on heat or a/c's I come back to clean and ck units and in stall new filter ck temps presumes to make sure unit is working fine at no charge.most other co. Charge to do this. I do it to make sure units are working and to let customers know I stand by what I install. To help others who may not have a lot of money to get done what needs to be done. I do work with people who need help and offer a payment plan that will work for both of us.

Can't say enough good about Darrell. He showed up within 2 hours of the initial phone call, after dinner and fixed the problem within an hour. Its great to have such hard working and honest people available in the HVAC business. They are very hard to find. Would give Darrell 6 stars if I could. Darrell also presented a very fair price the work. Thank you again Darrell

Darrell did a great job! I purchased a dud thermostat, so I had to run to Lowes and get a new one after he discovered it wasn't working. He wasn't phased and even came back same day, within a few minutes of me returning home with replacement thermostat. And he wasn't going to change me extra, even though it took two trips / longer than expected because my first new thermostat wasn't working. I did pay him extra, because of the hassle, but when I asked him how much, he stuck with his original quote. That's integrity! (Which is why I paid him extra!). He brought his son who is learning the trade. I like a father who'll pass on his knowledge!
