I had an excellent experience with the recent service. The work was completed promptly and professionally. The quality of work was top-notch, and the technician went above and beyond by taking the time to show me the various features of the thermostat that was installed. Highly recommended!

Mr Gonzalez is a very knowledgeable service technician who really knows his business. He had my central unit figured out within the first 5 to 10 minutes. He's going to do everything he can to keep the cost down and I really appreciate that. I am very happy with Mr Gonzalez and his ability to quickly diagnose the problem. I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing Rich was. Not only did he respond to me almost right away, but he was able to come the next day, on the weekend, in crazy cold weather. He arrived when he said he would, was super polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I had given him a brief description of what happened before I lost my heat. He was here maybe an hour, if that, and not only fixed my heat to get it going again, but he fixed some wiring issue that the original installers did wrong over 10 years ago. My heat is working better than ever and more evenly. Now my bedroom actually stays warm! Also, his prices are so reasonable! I’m so ecstatic and I couldn’t recommend him more! 😁

Gonzalez was very knowledgeable, on time and value for money. He arrived as planned, completed the work within few hours and charged only what was estimated initially though he had to replace few other small parts here and there.

Rich responded quickly to my request. I sent him a picture and he knew exactly what needed to be done and how much. He let me know when he was on his way. Once he got here he did notice another section needed to be replaced due to rust. He was in and out quickly. I feel a little safer turning on the heater when it is time.
