I appreciate the quick response. I will call you next time as you said you will give pricing before starting work. This time the electrician I went with because they responded before me was charging by hour and felt like it was a little over charging.

Great experience with FIrst Choice Electric. Had a circuit problem with loss of power in one area and also needed replacement of 30+ year old hard-wired smoke detectors (with high ceiling). Responded to my online request quickly. Came out the next day. Sam (electrician) and Brody (apprentice) were both outstanding. Professional, personable, and efficient. Very reasonable price too.

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest quality I would give First Choice Electric a score of 20! I chose them because of their top rating from a neighbor. I called their office & spoke to a woman who was friendly, polite & professional and although my electric problem was minor she was empathetic & understood my need to get the problem resolved. We set an appt for the afternoon of the following day. I received an email the morning of the next day giving me the approximate time the electrician, Sam, would be here plus Sams picture & a recap of the problem. Sam texted me when he was on his way & I gave him instructions that my husband would let him in & show him the problem. Twenty minutes later I arrived home & the job was done! He explained the problem he found & how hed fixed it then answered a couple of unrelated electrical questions I had. Excellence & true concern for the customer was present at every level. I wish more companies had such great people, appt processes & knowledgeable, caring people like Sam. It starts at the top so my hat is off to the owners & employees at every level for their knowledge, professionalism and skill. In our world of chatbots & mediocre service this company stands out. Thank you!!

I called late morning for an appt and Sam was here that afternoon. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very courteous, friendly, and professional. Made sure everything was working before leaving. I will use First Choice Electric for future electrical work. Highly recommend First Choice Electtic.
