The printer was “on location” ... never an easy process to print and of course it had magenta shift !! The discolor stated was just the shift to magenta cast. Well I lost service of Creve Coeur Camera printing ... so I used Costco which is a huge difference then “Sam’s”. The printer problem was manifested into 25 pound problem that the center had a elevator but it was through corridor and done some steps - about 170 feet to up a level and then down the hall. As for the no full length photographs, I did some when they didn’t have a 16” x 20” picture frame that was used to frame birthday girl & friend’s !! It didn’t make sense to take full length with the picture frame into the photograph. I had some full length type photos, that had groups of 6 to 10 people where width of paper wasn’t enough to get full length without showing extensive wall with outlets !!
